Local guiding & hosting

Nothing brings an experience to life like a good guide. We work with a network of local guides, all extremely qualified and knowledgeable about their subject, be it local history, the best hiking trails, Swiss flora and fauna or cultural events. We can also meet new guests in destination to help orientate them, take them to their accommodation, show them around.

Just provide us with a brief, estimated numbers and location and we’ll supply the guide – either as a one-off or as part of a regular schedule of tours.

Concierge service

It’s natural that your customers won’t know exactly what to expect when they get to Switzerland. And often, they want the freedom to make choices about restaurants, walks and excursions. They may have met new friends or need to change plans because of the weather.

Our local concierge service is there to arrange everything from restaurant bookings, taxis, ski-hire, lift passes, car rental, lake cruises, picnic lunches, local guides and rail reservations. We have the contacts, we speak the language, we can deliver.

On the ground operational support

Even with the most meticulous planning, unforeseen circumstances or unexpected customer issues can put a strain on your operations team. Swiss Tailor Made can help to smooth things over and keep your operations on track.

Event organisation

Switzerland is a popular destination all kinds of events – weddings, honeymoons, corporate events and incentives and, of course, familiarisation trips. Many of these require detailed organisation to tight timelines and involve different suppliers.
